The geography.
Time zone, drive distance, shed-floor presence. An hour and a half down the highway, not a flight and a hotel.
About
Northern Vector pairs three decades of cross-sector operations judgement with the enterprise-grade AI stack most SMBs cannot justify on their own — run together as a long-term partnership.
Northern Vector is the work I have been moving toward for three decades. Defence first, then civil construction, mining, mobile maintenance, transport and logistics — every level, every department. Shed floor, despatch, fleet, workshop, finance, governance.
I came up as a qualified heavy commercial vehicle mechanic and went on to run multi-site, technician-heavy maintenance operations across dispersed fleets. That is where the discipline of running under pressure was forged.
The same pattern showed up everywhere: small-to-medium businesses doing hard work, carrying preventable cost, unsure how to use AI without exposing themselves to it. That is the gap Northern Vector fills. I bring the operating-system judgement. We carry the enterprise-grade AI stack so the client does not have to.
Based in South Mission Beach. Working across the Cassowary Coast, Cairns, Townsville and the broader North Queensland corridor. We do not fly in.

Three threads
Time zone, drive distance, shed-floor presence. An hour and a half down the highway, not a flight and a hotel.
Military mindset — discipline, preparation, post-action review. Applied to commercial work.
Defence-grade document control, traceable AI use, plain-English privacy. Scales with the operation. Never gets cut.
